Where Are We...
We are a newly built 315 berth marina situated on the beautiful
Llangollen Canal. The Llangollen is considered to be one
of the most popular cruising waterways on the system. It
is mostly remote with pretty farmland views and more spectacular scenery
as you travel West.
At Frankton Junction the canal leaves the Llangollen, allowing you
to cruise through to Maesbury Marsh on the Montgomery Canal, another
beautiful stretch of waterway.
Our pristine development is just two miles from the junction
of the Shropshire Union Canal facilitating easy access onto this waterway.
Hurleston Junction leads you onto the main line of the Shropshire
Union Canal, making the popular Four Counties Ring readily available.
We are only two miles from the historic market town of Nantwich in
rural Cheshire, which until the 19th century was the country's main
salt-mining centre. This charming town offers good shopping
facilities together with numerous pubs, tea shops and restaurants.
There are also various sites of interest such as the Church of Saint
Mary which forms the focal point of the town centre.
Crewe and Chester are also close by and we are
easily accessible from the M6 motorway, which is just a 15
minute drive away.

By Narrowboat
Between Ravensmoor Bridge 6 (Wrexham Road) and Swanley No 2 Lock on the Llangollen Canal.
